Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care may cost. This estimate applies to individuals who do not have insurance, are not using insurance, or choose to pay out of pocket for services.
The information below outlines the standard rates and typical frequency of therapy at Amplify Mental Health. Your actual costs may vary depending on your needs, treatment plan, and how often you choose to attend sessions.
My Standard Fees
These fees apply to individuals paying out of pocket:
Individual therapy: $150 per session
Couples therapy: $200 per session
Reduced fees may be available through Open Path, based on availability.
Estimate of Annual Costs (Private Pay)

If You Are Using Insurance
If you plan to use insurance through Headway, Alma, or out-of-network benefits through Thrizer, your costs may differ from the estimates above. Your copay, coinsurance, or deductible is determined by your insurance plan, not by Amplify Mental Health.
You are encouraged to contact your insurance company directly to confirm:
Your mental health benefits
Your copay or coinsurance
Whether you have a deductible
What your out-of-network benefits cover (if using Thrizer)
Out-of-Network (OON) Benefits via Thrizer
If you plan to use out-of-network benefits:
Thrizer can provide upfront cost estimates
You may pay a reduced rate depending on your coverage
You may be reimbursed directly through your OON benefits
Your estimate will depend on your specific insurance policy.
